Job summary

Generac is seeking an enthusiastic Electrical Engineering Intern to help develop next-generation residential energy products. You will gain experience in analog, digital, test setup design, firmware, power electronics, and battery management systems.

Responsibilities include creating and executing large-scale test setups, performing testing on components and systems, and contributing to test-process improvements. This is a 1st shift, on-site role in Waukesha, WI.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Enrolled in a 4-year electrical engineering program is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term test setups and procedures for electrical systems.
• Perform functional and performance testing of electrical components, subsystems, and complete systems.
• Help to improve test setup design processes.
