Job summary

Primera in Chicago is seeking a student intern in Electrical Engineering to gain hands-on experience in power engineering, CAD drafting, and collaboration with our team.

You will support engineers and architects on energy design projects, perform plan drafting using CAD and 3-D modeling, and help with field surveys and documentation. This internship is ideal for an enthusiastic student who wants real-world projects and mentorship in a friendly, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in electrical engineering.
• Interest in power engineering and hands-on learning.
• Prior internship experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and architects on energy, mechanical, electrical design projects.
• Support plan drafting using CAD and 3-D modeling, and contribute to field surveys and documentation.
• Prepare sketches and technical comparisons as needed.
