Job summary

Emanuelson-Podas is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to assist with electrical systems design, documentation, and coordination across diverse projects. You will gain hands-on experience in engineering analysis, drafting, and project support from concept through construction.

The internship offers exposure to real-world design applications, development of technical proficiency, and understanding of industry standards.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Sophomore or Junior standing and GPA 3.0 preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the electrical design process, preparing accurate drawings and details.
• Assist in development of designs from concept through construction.
• Prepare engineering design calculations and assist with technical analysis.
• Coordinate with internal staff and other design professionals.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, AGI 32, and SKM Power Tools.
