You will work under the Electrical Engineering Manager and collaborate with Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Service teams to learn how controls projects move from design to production. Qualifications

• Pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Foundational knowledge in electrical circuits, controls, automation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn engineering software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety instructions.
• Effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and updating electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, and BOMs.
• Support PLC and HMI programming, modifications, and testing under engineer guidance.
• Assist with control panel inspections, I/O checks, and functional testing before shipment.
• Help identify and document electrical or controls issues found during assembly and testing.
• Research electrical components including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and sensors.
• Update drawings and documentation to reflect approved changes.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on assigned work.
