Job summary

Energy Transfer invites Electrical Engineering students to a twelve-week paid internship in Oklahoma City. You must be enrolled in an undergrad or graduate program with graduation in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.

You'll work with DTO Engineering staff supporting gas operations and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic energy environment. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day gas operations support, contributing to reliability, safety, and efficiency projects, and analyzing data.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering (junior preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with external activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering staff with day-to-day gas operations support in Oklahoma.
• Contribute to projects focused on system reliability, safety, and efficiency.
• Collect and analyze technical data to support engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with team on problem-solving and process improvement.
• Perform related tasks as assigned by engineering staff.
