Job summary

Energy Transfer offers a 12-week paid internship in Oklahoma City, starting May 2027. You will work with DTO Engineering staff, gaining hands-on experience in gas operations and real-world engineering challenges.

You should be pursuing Electrical Engineering, ideally a junior, with strong analytical and communication skills and a willingness to travel. Mentorship and exposure to safety and reliability projects are included.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering and able to work in Oklahoma City.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Able to collaborate with a team and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering staff with day-to-day gas operations in Oklahoma.
• Contribute to projects focused on system reliability, safety, and efficiency.
• Collect, analyze, and organize technical data to support initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members on problem-solving and process improvement.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by engineering staff.
