Mill is seeking an Electrical Engineering intern to join a tight-knit, fast-paced team working on a novel consumer product. You’ll gain hands-on experience with hardware components, lab equipment, and schematic/layout tools like Altium, contributing across design, tooling, and testing toward launch.

The role emphasizes learning, experimentation, and creative problem solving, with responsibilities spanning collaboration, data collection, analysis, and supporting build activities with engineers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS or higher in EE or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fundamental analog, digital, and power circuit design knowledge.
• Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and motor drivers.
• Experience with test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, multimeters).
• Experience with Raspberry Pi and Python for data collection and analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mechanical, systems, and firmware teams on design and validation.
• Run experiments to collect and analyze hardware performance; document results.
• Support engineering build activities with CMs and test data; troubleshoot issues.
• Work with engineers to root-cause problems and implement solutions.
