Job summary

Sensata Technologies is offering an Electrical Engineering internship in the United States. Interns will work on technical projects across engineering divisions, receive feedback from peers and managers, and participate in lectures and training programs.

Intern responsibilities include supporting ASIC-related work, building prototypes, modeling device performance, and collaborating to solve high-volume production challenges.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an accredited Electrical Engineering degree.
• U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident status required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and participate in intern program.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple new applications, defining use of existing ASICs and new ASIC needs.
• Build and test prototype samples.
• Work in teams to solve complex technical problems and support high volume production lines.
• Create engineering prints and specifications.
• Use computers to model device performance and visualize complex designs.
• Apply statistical methods to data analysis.
• Interface with customers on design issues.
• Design, develop, modify and evaluate electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry.
