Qualifications

• Undergraduate, graduate, or PhD student in Electrical Engineering or related STEM.
• Solid understanding of EE, mechanics, programming, physics, and math.
• Experience on multidisciplinary hardware development projects (internships, clubs, or projects).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ownership of project outcomes and reliable teamwork.
• High standards and kindness toward others.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements gathering, design, and validation of avionics assemblies/test fixtures.
• Design EE systems for power electronics, communications, RF, and more.
• Create test stands and fixtures including relays, PLCs, PCBAs, harnesses.
• Use Python to automate tests, analyze data, or run simulations.
• Attend cross-functional design reviews and advocate for simpler manufacturing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
