Qualifications

Experience on multidisciplinary hardware development projects (internships, clubs, or projects).

Proven ownership of project outcomes and reliable teamwork.

Responsibilities

Own requirements gathering, design, and validation of avionics assemblies/test fixtures.
Design EE systems for power electronics, communications, RF, and more.
Create test stands and fixtures including relays, PLCs, PCBAs, harnesses.
Use Python to automate tests, analyze data, or run simulations.
Attend cross-functional design reviews and advocate for simpler manufacturing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
