Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. invites motivated engineering students to join the Avionics Team as an intern for a 12-week program.

You will gain hands-on experience, work on a dedicated project with a mentor, and participate in learning sessions to elevate aerospace knowledge. Interns will contribute to spacecraft avionics and testing from design through validation, including PCB layouts and circuit design for multiple spacecraft.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering or Physics.
• Proficiency in tools for PCB design, circuit design and simulation.
• 3+ months’ experience applying technical skills outside of class (lab/research/projects).
• Ability to work well in an integrated, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to spacecraft avionics and testing from design through test and validation.
• Design and simulate circuits, layout PCBs, and bring boards up for spacecrafts (Leo Aries, Geo Aries, Nova, Comet).
