Job summary

You will manage staffing through Leads and EORs, set project strategy, ensure compliance with NEC/UL/IEEE, mentor engineers, and own data integrity across drawings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Leadership or management experience overseeing electrical engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, UL, ANSI, IEEE standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering function and staffing through Leads and EORs.
• Set project strategy and assign work across the team to balance workload and risk.
• Ensure data integrity of drawings, BOMs, design calculators, and project records.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of engineering processes and tools.
• Support manufacturing, quality, and new product introductions.
