SUMMARY: We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Engineer to join our growing hardware engineering team and help develop Class II and Class III gaming products from concept through production.This is an ideal role for an engineer who enjoys building, testing, troubleshooting, and solving real-world hardware problems in a fast-paced, startup-style environment. You will work closely with mechanical, software, manufacturing, sourcing, suppliers, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
• Support electrical development from prototype through EV, DV, PV, production, and sustaining engineering.
• Design, integrate, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems including power, displays, lighting, controls, I/O, audio, computing, and peripherals.
• Perform hands-on prototype bring-up, debugging, testing, and root-cause analysis.
• Create and maintain schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, specifications, and test documentation.
• Support component selection, supplier qualification, and contract manufacturing activities.
• Work directly with suppliers and manufacturing teams to resolve technical and production issues.
• Support UL, FCC, EMC, gaming laboratory, and other regulatory testing.
• Participate in prototype and production builds and help drive issues through resolution.
• Travel periodically to suppliers, manufacturing facilities, and testing laboratories as needed.
  

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on electrical/hardware engineering experience.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting, system integration, and laboratory test equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and electrical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Willingness to work directly with hardware, prototypes, suppliers, and manufacturing.
  

Preferred Requirements

• Gaming, casino, consumer electronics, industrial, automotive, or other regulated product experience.
• Class II/Class III gaming experience.
• UL, FCC, EMC, or product certification experience.
• PCB bring-up and hardware debugging.
• Experience with displays, LED lighting, power systems, embedded hardware, or electromechanical products.
• Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, LTspice, or similar tools.
