Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
3+ years Automotive or Aerospace electrical wiring harness design experience.
Knowledge of Signal integrity, system diagrams, power distribution, CAN architecture, automotive ethernet.
Experience creating wiring harness documentation.
Electrical circuit design, PCBA design and debugging.
Use of oscilloscopes, soldering irons, signal generators.
Strong understanding of wire harness manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

Design of next generation sensor and computing platform architecture.
Define requirements, test and validation plans for electrical design.
Lead the validation of signal integrity and power integrity.
Collaborate to design, verify, and bring up the electrical distribution framework and wiring harness systems.
Support validation teams for bench and vehicle level EMC and regulatory compliance.
Troubleshoot, root cause analysis, documentation and issue resolution.
Coordinate with manufacturing/suppliers for bring-up success and diagnostics tooling.
Produce wire harness manufacturing instructions.
Produce wire harness termination drawings.
