Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Novi, MI seeks an experienced Electrical Wire Harness Design Engineer to lead design releases from concept through launch. You will apply a Six-Sigma mindset and collaborate across engineering teams to optimize harness performance, cost, and reliability.

The role requires a BS or MS in engineering and 5+ years in automotive harness design, with strong CAE familiarity and excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, mechanical, systems engineering, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical wire harness design and release for automotive programs.
• Experience applying Six-Sigma approaches to design and problem solving.
• Familiarity with CAE or direct experience in the field.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all organizational levels.
