BETA is seeking a hands-on Test Engineer to verify the LV electrical system for our electric aircraft program at the South Burlington, Vermont facility. This onsite role includes verification planning, execution, and auditable documentation to support certification.
You will build and maintain test racks/HIL/SIL benches, develop automated scripts in MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, or Python, and ensure requirements traceability to ARP4754A and DO‑160G.
Onsite at BETA facilities in South Burlington (and occasionally St. Albans), Vermont; ability to travel locally between sites.
Hands‑on work around HV/LV electrical systems following strict safety and LOTO procedures.
Occasional outdoor testing, night testing, or atypical schedules based on program needs.
Dog‑friendly, open‑office environment.
Compensation: $90,000 – $115,000 USD.
