BETA Technologies in South Burlington, VT is seeking a Verification Engineer to support the Low Voltage electrical system on their electric aircraft. You will develop and execute ARP4754A-based tests and produce certification-ready artifacts as the company advances toward Type Certification.
Work with Lead Verification Engineer, plan and run test plans, build test benches, develop scripts in MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, or Python, and contribute to DO-160G verification and DO-178C/254 familiarity.

Support verification planning and execution for the Low Voltage (LV) Electrical System on BETA’s electric aircraft. The LV System converts energy from high-voltage (HV) packs into 28 VDC buses powering avionics, flight controls, and auxiliary devices. You will work closely with the Lead Verification Engineer for the system to develop and run ARP4754A requirements-based tests and produce certification-ready artifacts as BETA advances toward Type Certification.
The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. We pay competitively and base compensation on a variety of factors including skills, experience, industry background, and the evolving needs of the role. $90,000—$115,000 USD
