Job summary
John Deere seeks an Electrical Engineer (Onsite) in Grovetown, GA to own electrical system requirements and lead integration across vehicle platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams on hardware and software, develop components and BOMs, and coordinate with suppliers to deliver complete electrical systems.
Qualifications include 1+ year in vehicle electrical design, experience with wiring harnesses and CHS/3D CAD tools, and strong communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or electronics engineering.
- 1+ year of vehicle electrical system design, integration, or testing experience.
- Experience with electrical component development and wiring harnesses.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop electrical system requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and release electrical system/embedded components and BOMs.
- Collaborate with outside suppliers on feasibility and integration.
- Lead complete vehicle electrical systems integration and architecture selection.
- Provide build support across all stages of product development.
