Job summary

Northrop Grumman in the United States is seeking an Associate Engineer Electrical (T01) or Engineer Electrical (T02) to design electrical solutions and support test environments. The role is located in multiple California sites including Palmdale, Edwards AFB, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, San Diego, and other sites; U.S.

citizenship and security clearance are required. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, perform system‑level testing, and pursue a strong record of academic achievement

Qualifications

• Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar STEM by Aug 2027.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
• For Engineer Electrical (T02): Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 2 years of experience by Aug 2027.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical solutions and supporting hardware for laboratory and aircraft test environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to define requirements, support build and integration activities, and ensure quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Plan, execute, and support system-level testing and evaluation, including test preparation, data analysis, troubleshooting, and verification of requirements.
