Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Engineer Electrical (T01) or Engineer Electrical (T02) to join the Test & Evaluation Engineering directorate. The role focuses on designing electrical solutions for laboratory and aircraft test environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet safety, schedule, and cost objectives.

Candidates must meet degree requirements and clearance prerequisites; preferred qualifications include a strong GPA and prior internship or co-op experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM required or completed by August 2027 for T01.
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering required or Bachelor’s with 2 years of experience by August 2027 for T02.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical solutions and supporting hardware for laboratory and aircraft test environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to define requirements, support build and integration, and ensure quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Plan, execute, and support system-level testing and evaluation, including test preparation, data analysis, troubleshooting, and verification of requirements.
