Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Electrical Engineer in the United States to design, build, test, and analyze products and components. You will create and maintain test systems, generate technical documents, and develop automated testing capabilities for telecom-related hardware.

The role requires 1–4 years of experience, a BS in Engineering, and hands-on skills in C/C++/Python and RF testing. CTDI offers weekly pay, benefits, and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience required in engineering test environments.
• Experience building test systems and configuring software for test setups.
• Experience in testing and debugging RF, analog, and mixed-signal ICs.
• Experience developing test instructions and procedures.
• Experience designing test systems and using custom/off-the-shelf test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build, setup, and maintain test and calibration systems for hand-held test equipment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade test benches for DSL, Cable, Fiber, Wireless, and Wi-Fi testing and calibration.
• Generate engineering documents including schematics, diagnostics, flowcharts, and project status reports.
• Develop automated test and repair capabilities.
• Build, test, debug, and develop C, C++, Python, JTAG, CLI or LINUX applications.
