Job summary

Intuitive is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Sunnyvale to advance electronics for robotic surgery systems. You will design, test, and bring up mixed-signal PCBAs, collaborating with software, FPGA and mechanical teams to deliver robust hardware for next‑generation robotic platforms.

Ideal candidates will have analog/digital expertise, signal integrity experience, and hands-on hardware development in medical devices. A Bachelor's in EE and 4+ years of related work are required.

Qualifications

• Experience across the product lifecycle from design to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design or modify PCBAs, define electrical architecture and select components.
• Coordinate prototypes with contract manufacturers for timely delivery.
• Bring up and debug prototypes, collaborate with embedded software teams.
• Represent Electrical Engineering on cross-functional teams for next-gen robotics.
• Ensure designs meet clinical, regulatory, and quality requirements.
