Job summary

Quantum-Systems Inc is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the hardware engineering team in the United States. You will tackle challenges in the government UAS sector, designing digital and analog circuits, and leading project milestones in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a BS in STEM, 1–3 years in electrical design, and experience with high-speed circuits, video/data comms, and strong communication skills. US citizenship is required for government contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM field is required.
• 1–3 years in Electrical Design experience.
• Experience in High-Speed Digital and Analog Circuit design.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in Video and Data Communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Background check required / US Citizenship required due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of the Quantum-Systems engineering team.
• Lead a team to deliver project milestones in a high tempo environment.
• Design and implement digital and analog circuits with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems using industry best practices.
• Integrate unmanned system technologies such as edge data fusion, vision AI, teaming and payload coordination.
• Lead technical integration efforts.
• Analyze and develop root cause corrective actions.
• Position requires travel up to 10% of the time.
