The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and proficient with design software. This role emphasizes manufacturing readiness and cross-team collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MathWorks, and MATLAB.
• Ability to design with manufacturing in mind and document designs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement new products or projects.
• Design prototype systems and analog circuits with production in mind.
• Analyze design options for circuits and systems.
• Work with engineers to test and improve current systems and components.
• Provide technical support to the facility and staff.
• Offer input on timing, scheduling, and cost projections.
