Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution.
• 0-3 years of electrical engineering experience, including internships, co-op, or entry-level roles.
• Basic understanding of analog and digital circuits, power electronics, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with standard electrical test equipment and laboratory practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight schedules in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support development and launch of new products with a cross-functional team.
• Assist with project planning, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support development of design specifications and validation test plans.
• Analyze circuit performance using standard EE lab tools.
• Conduct electrical testing with oscilloscopes, power supplies, and multimeters.
• Document test results and support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Provide hands-on support during prototype builds, testing, and production launches.
• Perform basic mechanical fabrication for prototypes and test fixtures.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management teams.
• Travel up to 10% for testing, supplier visits, or partner site visits.
