Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution.
• 0-3 years of electrical engineering experience, including internships, co-op experience, or entry-level engineering positions.
• Basic understanding of analog and digital circuits, power electronics, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with standard electrical test equipment and laboratory practices.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, accountability, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and launch of new products with a cross-functional team.
• Assist with project planning, activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support the development of product design specifications and validation test plans.
• Support analysis of the circuit performance of EE circuits using typical EE lab tools.
• Conduct electrical testing and analysis using standard laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and multimeters.
• Document test results.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical and system-level issues.
• Provide hands-on support during prototype builds, testing, and production launches.
• Perform basic mechanical fabrication using standard shop equipment for prototypes and test fixtures.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management teams.
• Travel up to 10% as required for testing, supplier visits, customer support, or partner site visits.
