Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with ≥3 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years professional engineering experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Responsibilities
- Review battery, charger, and powertrain products for safety and regulatory compliance.
- Perform risk assessments, standards evaluations, and compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with design teams to translate requirements into risk mitigations.
- Support creation of technical documentation and compliance reports.
- Lead product review meetings with clear actions and owners.
- Monitor progress and update project leads on compliance status.
- Provide guidance on product safety and regulatory matters.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams and compliance leads.
