Job summary

SpaceXAI, based in the Memphis region, seeks exceptional Electrical Engineers to design and optimize power infrastructure for high-density AI supercomputing facilities. You will work on battery storage, high-voltage transmission, and on-site generation to enable massive-scale data processing.

You will collaborate with electrical, mechanical, power systems, and construction teams, ensuring safety and compliance while delivering reliable, scalable power solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for on-site power generation and high-voltage transmission.
• Develop single-line diagrams, protection & control schematics, and interconnection designs.
• Perform detailed power system studies (load flow, short circuit, arc flash) using ETAP or PSS/E.
• Integrate electrical systems with generators, battery storage, transmission, and data center loads.
• Ensure compliance with standards (NERC, ERCOT, IEEE, NEC, NFPA, UL) and assist permitting.
• Support equipment specification, vendor selection, testing, commissioning, and energization.
• Conduct failure mode analysis and reliability modeling to achieve uptime targets.
