Job summary

You will perform calculations, develop drawings and specifications, and support projects from concept through commissioning, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure reliable, efficient electrical solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering.
• Solid understanding of VFDS.
• Proven experience in electrical design and power distribution systems.
• Experience with electrical design software.
• Knowledge of relevant electrical standards and regulations.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and engineering reports.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical calculations, load assessments, fault level studies, and cable sizing.
• Produce and review electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Support the delivery of electrical design projects from concept through to commissioning.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Assist in identifying and implementing innovative engineering solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
