Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years power generation experience preferred; equivalent industrial electrical experience considered.
• Knowledge of electrical power systems and industrial controls.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, control logic, and technical docs.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with union employees, contractors, vendors, and plant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own plant electrical systems as equipment owner.
• Troubleshoot issues with electrical equipment and distribution systems.
• Develop and support electrical system modifications for safety and performance.
• Mentor operations and maintenance personnel in technical matters.
• Update drawings, system descriptions, and records as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and utility personnel.
