You will assign tasks to the crew, ensure timely and correct execution, and maintain comprehensive documentation in SAP. The role emphasizes preventive/predictive maintenance, control system programming, and reliability improvements across plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and instrumentation technicians on daily work orders and projects.
• Assign work to crew and ensure timely, correct completion and documentation in SAP.
• Conduct electrical preventive and predictive maintenance, collecting and analyzing data.
• Document electrical schematics and manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure environmental compliance of system programming.
• Maintain system documentation including equipment files and regulatory records.
• Evaluate control equipment to meet plant requirements and define changes to control programs.
• Provide training and guidance on control systems; troubleshoot hardware/software.
• Be on-call on a rotational basis.
• Promote safety culture and compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
