• Provide technical guidance and serve as a resource for engineers, designers, estimators, CAD/BIM drafters, and project teams.
• Ensure electrical plans and designs comply with California requirements, NEC codes, and project standards.
• Support design coordination across internal departments and foster productive relationships.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer - PE for a direct hire opportunity in San Jose, CA. This role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer who has strong electrical design experience within an electrical design firm or design-build electrical contractor environment.

The Electrical Engineer - PE will support complex design efforts for industrial facilities and infrastructure projects, contribute technical expertise throughout the design phase, and collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, designers, estimators, and CAD/BIM teams. This is a strong opportunity for a professional who enjoys independent technical work, cross-functional coordination, mentoring others, and contributing to high-quality electrical engineering deliverables.

This role offers a collaborative engineering environment with supportive leadership, strong teamwork, and opportunities to serve as a subject matter expert. Key Responsibilities

• Support design coordination across internal departments and contribute to productive working relationships across the organization.

Compensation and Benefits

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Salary range: $140,000 to $180,000 per year.
• Location: San Jose, CA.
• For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AllSTEM Connections is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
