Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Electrical Engineer for its Neuromodulation/Pelvic Health RPE to design electrical hardware for implantable neurostimulation devices. You will work on low power electronics, circuit analysis, and test development in collaboration with reliability, regulatory, and manufacturing teams.

The role emphasizes working onsite with cross-functional partners to deliver compliant, market-ready devices and to support ongoing innovation in neural and pelvic health therapies.

Qualifications

  • BS in Electrical Engineering is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with low power electronics design and circuit analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Circuit level design and analysis to evaluate circuit function.
  • Owns product changes and change control activities, including documentation.
  • Supports IQ/OQ/PQ, DOE's, SPC, Gauge R&R, data analysis and hypothesis testing.
  • Provides troubleshooting support to manufacturing sites and key suppliers to improve yields.
  • Supports cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
  • Interacts with field returned products to determine root cause for failures.
  • Assists regulatory activities by providing design data for submissions.
  • Participates in new product development to RPE transfers.
