Job summary

GTI Fabrication seeks an Electrical Engineer to design electrical systems for modular infrastructure projects such as BESS, GenSets, data centers, and industrial skids. You will develop schematics, one-line diagrams, wiring docs, and production-ready designs while collaborating across disciplines.

Up to 10% travel may be required. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in CAD tools like SolidWorks Electrical, AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience creating electrical schematics and documentation.
• Experience with electrical CAD software (SolidWorks Electrical, AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for modular infrastructure and industrial equipment.
• Develop single-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and cable schedules.
• Coordinate with mechanical, controls, manufacturing, and project teams.
• Support FAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and customer specifications.
