Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited US institution.
• Minimum five years of electrical-engineering experience.
• Minimum three years of military facility or infrastructure experience.
• CAC and DoD clearance eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical-distribution and power-generation components of the Utilities AMP.
• Assess electrical-system conditions within facilities using BUILDER SMS and other data.
• Develop electrical infrastructure lifecycle-maintenance, replacement, recapitalization, and resilience strategies.
• Integrate Installation Energy Plan objectives and survivable-power requirements into AMP priorities.
• Develop prioritized backup-power and energy-resilience project lists.
• Coordinate electrical planning with civil and mechanical infrastructure disciplines.
• Prepare utility-conflict matrices and coordinated, multi-discipline project lists.
• Conduct physical inventories and support updates to Sustainment Management Systems.
• Coordinate with CES flights and stakeholders supporting utility infrastructure projects.
