Job summary

Legence is seeking Electrical Engineers to join our nationwide teams, supporting high‑performance electrical systems for commercial, institutional, and healthcare facilities. The role offers hybrid work options and can be filled at Electrical Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer level depending on experience.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field), proficiency with AutoCAD, and Revit experience; NEC familiarity and PE licensure are pluses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting and lighting controls, emergency and standby power, and low‑voltage systems.
• Prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and field conditions for conformance with contract documents.
• Lead small to medium-sized projects from concept through construction.
• Perform energy and power system calculations, modeling, and analysis.
