Job summary

Domtar in Bennettsville, SC seeks an Electrical Engineer to join the Marlboro Paper Mill team. You will partner with production to deliver electrical, power and instrumentation projects, manage planning, scheduling and budgets, and drive reliability across a large-scale manufacturing facility.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on project experience with opportunities for career growth within a stability-focused company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
One year of electrical engineering experience preferred.
Co-op experience will be considered relevant work experience.
Experience with electrical, power and instrumentation systems is preferred but not required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with mill production departments to provide electrical engineering expertise and support.
Develop, coordinate, and manage electrical engineering projects throughout the mill.
Support capital and maintenance projects from planning through implementation.
Manage project planning, prioritization, scheduling, budgeting and execution.
Assist with improvements related to electrical, power and instrumentation systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance and engineering teams to improve reliability and efficiency.
Support continuous improvement and safe work practices across the facility.
