Job summary

Domtar Ashdown, a leading fluff pulp producer, seeks a Senior Project Engineer to deliver site-level capital projects, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives in a 580-employee mill setting. You will apply proven engineering practices, project management methods, and collaborate across functions to drive front-end loading packages and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years of applicable experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Front-End-Loading project methodology; proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP and Microsoft Project; PE and/or PMP designation preferred.
• Mill Weekend Duty Rotation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver capital projects, process improvements, product upgrades and cost savings at the site level.
• Develop Front-End Loading Packages, schedules and cost estimates for projects; drive end-to-end execution.
