Job summary

Scope-Services is seeking an Engineer IV in Hopkinton, MA for an urgent, temporary role. The position focuses on electrical, instrumentation and controls projects, requiring expertise in switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, transmitters, PLC and DCS systems.

The candidate will review submittals, RFIs and vendor documents, and will provide on-site construction support, reporting to the Lead Electrical Engineer.

Qualifications

Knowledge of plant electrical, instrumentation and controls systems.
Experience with electrical switchgear, motor control centers, VFDs, transmitters, PLC and DCS systems.
Ability to review submittals and RFIs and provide vendor commentaries.

Responsibilities

Provide design review and development of specifications for electrical/IC&CS projects.
Support plant electrical, instrumentation and controls projects.
Review vendor documents and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
Provide on-site construction support and manage projects within discipline.
