Job description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead electrical and instrumentation projects across multiple facilities. In this role, you'll design and execute system upgrades, ensure compliance with NEC/NFPA 70E standards, and audit sites to maintain safe, reliable electrical operations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead electrical & instrumentation projects from concept through completion
• Design medium- and low-voltage systems (12,470V-24V)
• Create technical drawings and specifications (AutoCAD)
• Troubleshoot plant electrical issues and collaborate with engineering & operations teams
• Conduct site inspections and ensure code compliance
• Estimate project costs and support capital planning
• Train and mentor plant personnel
• Support procurement for electrical equipment and materials

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years industrial electrical engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, PLC cabinet/MCC/Switchboard design
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
