Job summary

Wiley|Wilson is seeking a new graduate to join our Electrical Engineering team in Richmond, VA as an Electrical Engineer-in-Training (EIT). You will design electrical systems, perform load calculations, and learn how to integrate electrical with architectural and other building disciplines under licensed engineers.

This role emphasizes growth toward a PE license and hands-on project experience. We offer ESOP ownership, a competitive salary, work-from-home flexibility, and a benefits package

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam passed by start date.
• Revit experience preferred.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and able to obtain a security clearance.

• Develop electrical plans and designs for projects.
• Perform load calculations and apply codes and standards.
• Prepare and review technical documentation.
• Assist with field investigations and testing.
