Wiley|Wilson is seeking a recent Civil Engineering graduate to join our Lynchburg, VA team as a Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT). You will assist with site design, stormwater management, and related calculations under licensed engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited institution and FE Exam cleared by start date.
• Civil 3D experience preferred; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with colleagues and clients.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare calculations, reports, and design drawings for site design and stormwater management.
• Assist with site design and stormwater management tasks on Local, Federal, and State projects.
• Participate in field investigations and research related to project design; support quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
