SSR is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Training (EIT) to support senior staff on engineering projects at our Nashville office. You will learn industry standards and assist with design, analysis, and documentation, using Revit and AutoCAD under supervision.

This role develops core technical skills while contributing to projects for clients across markets. The ideal candidate has a ABET-accredited engineering degree and familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office; you will work in a

Qualifications

• Requires a ABET-accredited engineering degree.
• Knowledge of industry software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist senior design staff in executing technical activities on assigned projects.
• Learn and apply industry standards and company policies and procedures.
• Produce designs using Revit and/or CAD under supervision.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and design functions.
• Coordinate project designs with other disciplines to determine equipment needs.
• Support preparation of technical documentation, proposals, and presentations.
• Communicate design requirements to contractors and equipment sales representatives.
