The role emphasizes designing electrical schematics, developing PLC/HMI programs (Siemens/Rockwell), and collaborating with operations and maintenance to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• PLC programming experience (Siemens and/or Rockwell).
• Experience with HMI development and industrial controls.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience creating or reading electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and optimize machine control systems to improve uptime, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and modify PLC and HMI programs (Siemens and Rockwell experience is preferred).
• Support new equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities.
• Design and maintain electrical control systems and schematics using AutoCAD Electrical.
• Work with motors, drives, relays, sensors, power distribution, and other industrial control systems.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements.
