Job summary

EPC Power Corp. is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to independently troubleshoot complex PCB assemblies and electrical subsystems used in EPC Power conversion systems.

You will diagnose failures to the circuit level and lead structured root cause investigations with strong hands-on debugging and circuit analysis skills. You will work with Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and Design teams to close technical issues, mentor technicians, and contribute to design reviews focused on test coverage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience troubleshooting complex PCB assemblies, electronic systems, power electronics hardware, or industrial controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot PCB assemblies to the component or circuit‑function level.
• Strong understanding of analog, digital, mixed‑signal, sensing, control and protection circuitry.
• Proficiency with advanced oscilloscope measurements and laboratory instrumentation.
• Ability to interpret PCB layouts, signal paths, grounding and isolation impacts.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot complex PCB assemblies to identify failures.
• Lead root cause investigations for recurring production issues.
• Develop testing plans and validation activities to verify corrective actions.
• Prepare technical reports summarizing symptoms, evidence, and results.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and Design Engineering to close issues.
• Mentor technicians and junior engineers in diagnostic techniques.
