Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 3–6 years of experience.
  • Foundation in programming (C and assembly) to support hardware validation.
  • Proficiency with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.
  • Strong knowledge of IPC standards and DFM/DFT principles.
  • Ability to write reports and present information clearly.
  • Experience with sporting optics is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop electrical circuits and PCBA designs with Altium, focusing on efficiency and manufacturability.
  • Perform design reviews, signal integrity, and power distribution analysis.
  • Prototyping, bring-up, testing, and data analysis to validate designs.
  • Support manufacturing with DFM feedback and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate across hardware, software, and manufacturing teams.
