Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc is seeking a Product Operations Electrical Product Engineer to drive product development from New Product Introduction to End of Life within our Enterprise Routing and Wireless BU. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to resolve challenges and deliver high-quality, resilient solutions.

You will perform DFx, drive cost and quality improvements, and manage documentation and lifecycle processes across hardware projects.

Qualifications

• Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a Bachelors + 2 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree program + 0 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years related experience with the end-to-end product development process
• 2+ years experience with end-to-end Printed Circuit Board Assembly process.

Responsibilities

• Design for Manufacturing and Design for Test Analysis.
• Product development focusing on cost, quality, and sustainability.
• Electrical design debugging for root cause analysis.
• Assess manufacturing partner and supply chain technical capability gaps.
• Create, analyze, and release product documentation.
• Technical product lifecycle management.
• Drive sophisticated problem solving and collaboration in a team.
