Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a global technology client with a heavy manufacturing focus to hire an Electrical/Maintenance Engineer for plant electrical systems and project coordination. You will prepare scopes, interface with contractors, and develop preventative maintenance plans for electrical equipment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in heavy manufacturing, with PLC programming, process control knowledge, and AutoCAD/MS Office proficiency highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of work experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of PLC programming and process control systems preferred.
• Experience with instrumentation, motors, starters and VFDs preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and operation of plant electrical systems.
• Prepare engineering scope of work for plant electrical projects.
• Interface with contractors for project work.
• Conduct economic and operation feasibility studies on electrical modifications.
• Develop detailed preventative maintenance routines for electrical equipment.
