Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a global leader in building automation and industrial technology. The role focuses on maintaining and improving plant PCS, PLC troubleshooting, and power distribution across cement or similar industrial facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of electrical engineering experience, with PLC programming knowledge (ABB 800xA, Siemens S7) and familiarity with Modbus/Profinet networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of electrical engineering experience in industrial facilities.
• Working knowledge of PLC programming and process control systems is preferred.
• Experience with instrumentation, motors, starters and VFDs, and industrial networks.
• Extensive knowledge of high and low voltage power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant process control system (PCS) programming, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Support installation of new plant equipment from concept to operation.
• Collaborate with Electrical Supervisor and Process Engineers to analyze and improve operations.
• Provide technical expertise in electrical systems, power distribution, and PLC troubleshooting.

Qualifications
