Quality Talent Group is recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Technician at a plant in Missouri. The role centers on leading electrical maintenance activities, ensuring safety and efficiency, and supervising technicians in daily work and projects.

You will conduct thorough inspections of electrical equipment and verify programming aligns with environmental compliance requirements, while contributing to a safe, reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Field of Study preferred: Electrical Engineering.
• 0-3 years of required work experience.
• Self-starter / highly motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all electrical maintenance activities at the plant.
• Ensure electrical project work is completed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
• Supervise the electrical and instrumentation technicians in the execution of daily work orders and projects.
• Conduct systematic inspections on all plant electrical equipment.
• Ensure all system programming meets with proper environmental compliance.
