Jamco Interiors is seeking an Electrical Engineer 2 in Everett, WA to support seat electrical design from concept through production. You will develop wiring diagrams, harnesses, and related assemblies for seats, aligning with customer and OEM requirements.

The role requires a BS in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering with 6–8 years of relevant experience, familiarity with FAA/EASA standards, and proficiency in Catia V5 and AutoCAD. Some travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering with 6–8 years of experience (15 years aerospace work may be considered).
• Proficient with Catia V5 Electrical Wire Harness & Installation and AutoCAD.
• Experience interpreting FAA/EASA requirements and supporting design validation testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical design tasks per established standards and customer specs.
• Create wiring diagrams, harnesses, and installation drawings for seats.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and supplier specs.
• Support design validation testing and qualification activities.
• Coordinate tasks across departments and manage delivery schedules.
• Travel domestically or internationally as required.
